With extensive experience in cinema projection, AV technology, and business development, Jordan specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions for the cinema industry. Having worked with leading brands like Christie, Barco, NEC, and Dolby, he has a deep understanding of projection systems, audio integration, and automation. He is passionate about enhancing the cinema experience through technical innovation, strategic partnerships, and tailored AV solutions, ensuring seamless operations and superior presentation quality for cinemas across the UK and beyond. Beyond his work in cinema technology, Jordan has a deep passion for photography, particularly analogue film. Alexandra Body

Marketing & Communications Director

Passionate about cinema and culture, Alexandra is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the cinema industry in North America and Europe, spanning film production, film distribution and technical services. A proud industry mentor as part of the 2024/25 UNIC Women's Cinema Leadership Programme, she leads CinemaNext's dynamic marketing & communications team. Her favourite movie is E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.

Julien Bollée 

VP, Fit-Out & E-Commerce Solutions

With 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, spanning cinema and theme parks, Julien has a strong track record in sales and strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, brand development, and content distribution. He began his career at Gaumont Cinémas in Paris before transitioning into content distribution, working within IMAX’s global theatrical ecosystem for companies in the UK, France, and Belgium. In 2020, he joined CinemaNext to oversee premium and fit-out developments, later expanding his role to include e-commerce in 2024. Outside of work, Julien loves traveling the world, playing piano and is passionate about wildlife documentaries. His favourite movie is North by Northwest.

 

Florence Corombelle

HR Manager

As HR Manager at CinemaNext, Florence brings her passion for human resources to enhancing employee well-being and development. With over 10 years of experience in HR, she is dedicated to supporting the growth of both CinemaNext and its people. A passionate traveler and craft beer enthusiast, she loves combining curiosity and conviviality in both her professional and personal life. Her favourite movie is Interstellar.

Gerrit Doorn 

International Sales Manager

Gerrit is based in the Netherlands and has spent his entire career in the cinema industry. He takes care of the relations and sales for countries without a local CinemaNext office. His motto is “Cinema is the greatest place for storytelling in the world and it’s our task to present it in the best way possible.” His favourite movie is Scent of a Woman.

Christof Federle
Country Manager, CinemaNext Austria

Christof has been in the industry for close to 25 years, starting in cinema advertising before joining CinemaNext. He enjoys delivering the best customised solutions for customers in Austria and across central and eastern Europe. Based in Vienna, he enjoys opera and classical music as well as practicing various sports, including skiing in the winter and doing triathlons in the summer. His favourite movie is Lawrence of Arabia.

Ron Hageman 

CEO, CinemaNext USA

Ron entered the cinema industry in 2006 with Sonic Equipment (now CinemaNext USA) and worked with all departments of the company before taking over as head of operations in 2015. He enjoys leading teams and feels fortunate to have worked with great employees that he's seen transform and grow throughout the years. Born, raised, and based out of Kansas, Ron loves to go camping, hunting, and fishing with his family, and is an avid traveler. He doesn't have a favourite movie -- he loves them all and enjoys watching them over and over again.

Matthew Jones 

Country Manager, CinemaNext Netherlands

Loving the cinema experience ever since his first visit and driven to improve it for future generations, Matthew is passionate about finding value in both people and technology. He has been a part of the cinema industry for over 25 years, travelling and working across Europe, though primarily focused on the Netherlands. Together with CinemaNext's Dutch team, he has been part of several industry-first innovations and new technology implementations. When not working, Matthew spends his time with his two kids and enjoys hiking, scuba diving and martial arts. His favourite film is his next visit to the cinema!   

Fran Lafuente

Country Manager, CinemaNext Spain

Fran is a senior leader with over 40 years of experience in the Spanish exhibition market, known for his sensitivity in leading cohesive and long-standing teams. Since 2010, cutting-edge products have been developed under his leadership — some of which remain unmatched in the market today — and distributed globally through international agreements, including CinemaNext's Boothless system, created for the Escape de Barco project in 2014, as well as the Next Alert and the Next Eco Booth. A horticulture enthusiast and tireless traveler, he feels at home both by the sea and in the mountains. His favourite movie is The Big Blue.

Donald is a passionate leader and member of multicultural teams that deliver outstanding customer service and innovative products & solutions. With over 25 years of leadership experience across consulting, technology, media, insurance and cinema, Pascal is CinemaNext's Chief Operations Officer. He leverages his expertise in managing international partnerships, cross-functional teams, and complex projects to optimize the efficiency of our operations, support customer success and advance innovation within the cinema exhibition industry. Khalil Staily

With an engineering background and a multicultural perspective, Khalil has thrived in project and operations roles across Europe before stepping into leadership positions in Africa and the Middle East. He loves working in the various countries he oversees at CinemaNext, embracing the unique cultures and challenges each region brings. A film enthusiast, Khalil enjoys diving into fantastic worlds and sharing memorable cinematic moments with his family. With over 13 years in cinema technology and business strategy, Araceli has held senior leadership roles in high-profile technology companies, driving global sales and working closely with exhibitors all around the world. Recognized in InAVate’s 40 Under 40 and Top Women in Global Cinema (2019 & 2021), she is also a mentor in the Women in Exhibition Mentorship Program for 2025, supporting the next generation of industry leaders. An avid traveller, Araceli loves exploring new cultures and connecting with people worldwide. Simon has spent many years in the cinema industry, with experience ranging from film logistics and distribution at NFT to pioneering electronic content delivery across the UK. Since joining CinemaNext over five years ago, Simon has played a key role in supporting the independent cinema sector, ensuring seamless technical solutions and operational excellence. In 2023, Simon was appointed Operations and Sales Manager in the UK, where he now oversees day-to-day operations, optimises service delivery, and continues to drive innovation within the industry. Georges Gérard 

Head of Enterprise Transformation & Information Systems

Georges has 15 years of expertise in ERP implementation, business process optimization, and IT transformation. As Head of Enterprise Transformation & Information Systems at CinemaNext, he leads strategic IT initiatives, manages ERP and IS support teams, and drives digital innovation to enhance operational efficiency across the group's subsidiaries. Georges also plays the violin, drums, and guitar in his free time. His favourite movie is The Green Mile.

Andre Mort

Technical Director, CinemaNext UK

André is a highly respected expert in cinema projection and sound design and a valued member of the Cinema Technology Association (CTA). With over 40 years of experience in the cinema industry, he has held various roles, including Projectionist, Field Engineer, Technical Manager, and Technical Director at Empire Cinemas. He now serves as the Technical Director at CinemaNext UK, where he has been instrumental in the design and implementation of hundreds of cinema auditoriums, ensuring the highest standards in sound and projection quality. As Technical Director, André holds ultimate responsibility for the design of all projects, with the installation and training overseen by the Technical Team, led by Lito Tom and Mark Nice. His favourite movie is Where Eagles Dare.

Cédric Sarlette

Customer Service Director

Cédric is an experienced professional in the digital cinema industry, serving as the Customer Support Director at CinemaNext since July 2023. His career with the company spans over a decade, during which he has held various leadership positions in customer support and service management. His expertise extends to troubleshooting complex technical problems, team management and project management. An amateur photographer, Cédric also enjoys sports and listening to music. His favorite movie is Interstellar.  

Gonzalo Soler

A lifelong engineering enthusiast with a passion for everything from factory organization to the art of mechanism design, Gonzalo's career began in the automotive industry, where he spent years automating production lines and integrating robotics before stepping into the fascinating world that he’s been part of for nearly 30 years. At CinemaNext, he has taken on multiple roles, growing into his current position as Production Director. Beyond work, he’s an avid motorcycle traveller with a wide range of eclectic interests—classical music, chess, ornithology, myrmecology, and even beekeeping. His favourite movie is The Godfather trilogy.

Vicente Soriano 

CTO, CinemaNext Solutions

A whole life dedicated to audiovisual engineering, first working in an AV company as CTO in environments such as opera houses, concert halls, conference rooms and museums and, for the past 11 years, in cinema, Vicente leads two teams. The first creates our software solutions to assist in the management and monitoring of content and projection equipment, and the second, continuously innovates by providing advanced hardware solutions to help improve cinema experience. Vicente loves spending time with his family, playing padel tennis, snowboarding, playing guitar and composing his own songs. His favourite movie is A place in the world.

EMEA Sales Manager, Seating & Outfitting

Walter has worked for more than 25 years in multinational companies around the world, and since 2009, he has focused on the world of seating and fit-out, where he has built a successful career as a business developer in countries such as those in the Middle East, Spain, and Italy. Always dedicated to the supply chain to add value to the customer, his main goal has been to meet the demanding requirements of his clients. He is passionate about every cultural aspect of his society: classical music, museums, movies, books... and mountain biking, dedicating his free time to enjoying his family.
